The church group leader reserves spots for their group at camp.

Each church receives a unique church group code to share with parents.
STEP 03
Parents and Sponsors
Parents and sponsors complete online registration forms.
We are excited to have you with us at camp! Remember a $180 per person (nonrefundable but transferable) payment is due at the time of group registration. Only Credit Cards and Electronic Checks are accepted. Late registrations are $215 per person. All adult sponsors as well as any camper 18 years and older must complete the mandatory background check before they can attend. This is required yearly at the cost of $10. The safety video is required every two years at the cost of $4.

We will email your unique church group code and link to invite your sponsors and parents to complete the online forms for themselves/their kids to attend camp.
REGISTRATION POLICY FOR 2024
To ensure every kid and student gets to go to camp, as well as, keep your camp costs low by better managing the loss of unused reservations, we have updated our registration policies. As always, we are committed to working with your group in addressing your planning challenges.
